About the job:
Analysts are core to our business model. They provide clients with both powerful analyses and creative insights into challenging problems, and are critical to the success of our teams. Working as generalist members of small teams, Analysts are usually responsible for:
• Identifying information sources and interviewing the client’s managers
• Gathering and interpreting data
• Building models to solve client problems
• Data processing and summarization utilizing MS Access and MS Excel tools including pivot tables
• Data processing and manipulation utilizing SAS and SQL
• Conducting primary and secondary research
We will help each Analyst build the fundamentals of a successful career: cracking tough problems, communicating solutions to clients and teams and collaborating with senior consultants.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Physics, or other quantitative fields, with a strong academic background, from a Top 10 University, with GPA of 3.6 or greater
• Possess excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• High levels of motivation, professionalism, and integrity
• Strong commitment to teamwork
• Have keen interest in business strategy analytics
• Willingness to travel to client meetings and do client-site work as needed
